Transparency over black boxes.
Every routing decision, every status trigger and every overdue flag comes with a visible reason attached. If a task got assigned to a particular designer, you can see exactly which skill tag and workload data drove that outcome. Nothing happens invisibly in the background.
This matters more in creative work than most industries, because good routing depends on nuance that a rigid algorithm can miss. Being able to see the "why" means your team can override sensibly when the system gets it wrong.

We've shaped the platform's phase structures, reporting formats and notification language around how agencies in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and regional studios actually describe their process, not a generic global template translated awkwardly for the local market.
That includes things as small as using "brief" instead of "ticket", and structuring weekly summaries the way an Australian account manager would actually present them to a client.
